ICE pigments are not dissolved by solvents often found in cosmetics, making them ideal for use in neutral conditions and slightly acidic – but not alkaline – conditions.

For the most striking hues and radiant fluorescent makeup results, process your ICE formulations at temperatures <80°C. With any application, also consider the area of the colorant/color additives and the toxicological tests of the polymer matrix.
